At Reaper Patches, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all patches and apparel are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
